We had a fantastic time at this hostel! The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to all our favorite spots. We loved hanging out in the smoking area, meeting other travelers and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The hostel also organized walking tours, which allowed us to explore even more of the city. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities, like the kitchen and lockers, were super convenient.

The bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable due to squeaky metal frames.

The beds sound a lot when moving, it is impossible not to wake up when someone gets up more if he is in the bed upstairs. Besides you have to pay an extra 4 dollars that if you don't see the comments it catches you by surprise

My recent stay at Hi Los Angeles - Santa Monica was excellent. The hostel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Santa Monica Pier and beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast provided was simple but good, and the hostel offered free programs and activities for guests to participate in. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hostel.

I really liked the proximity to the port of Santa Monica and super clean bathrooms at all times. It also has a pool table to play on if you have time.

We did not like the fact that the hostel was so cheap that they did not reserve the right of admission, in the room we shared there were two people who looked homeless and spent the whole day sleeping in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, plenty of organized activities, spacious rooms, opportunity to make new friends from around the world, convenient for getting to the beach and airport.

Staying at this hostel in Santa Monica was an absolute treat. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the pier and the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with multiple stoves, sinks, and other appliances. The common areas, such as the dining hall and lounges, are cozy and relaxing. I also appreciated the 24/7 laundry service, which was affordable and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there were charging stations available everywhere. this is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed at.

The breakfast was delicious and they had free coffee and tea available all day. The Wi-Fi was fast and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The hostel had a spacious lounge and kitchen area with a courtyard. The location was excellent, with just a short walk to the beach, parking, and the mall. It was also convenient to visit popular attractions like Japan Square, Magic Mountain, and the Getty Museum. The staff were helpful, especially when they prepared baggage tags for my bags during check-out. I really appreciate the great service and amenities at this hostel.
